About Us

It all started when Katy and her husband moved in across the street from Clare and her family. What started as friendly neighbours quickly turned into real friendship, built on the important things in life: dogs, humour, cold beer, and good food.

Since then, we've been through it all together. We worked side by side through a global pandemic (yes, we survived it, and yes, we're still friends). We survived Katy and her family moving away - turns out distance doesn't do much when you actually like someone. And somewhere along the way, all those "someday we should start a business together" conversations stopped being hypothetical.

So here we are.

We spent four years working together in Ontario's craft beer industry, and between the two of us we've gained experience with companies from small 10-person teams to big corporate operations. Working in such diverse fields taught us a lot - what works, what doesn't, and what makes small businesses tear their hair out. We're organized. We're efficient. We work hard and we don't love wasting time, yours or ours.

That's what Glass Full Solutions is about: taking the stuff that piles up and stresses you out and handling it, so you can get back to running your business instead of drowning in it.
